Help to Buy Valuations

We provide help to buy valuations

If you’ve bought a property using the government backed help-to-buy scheme and are looking to move, then you will need a professional RICS valuation of your property. This valuation determines the market value of the property and therefore the amount you need to pay back. In addition, if you’re not looking to move but would like to pay back your help to buy equity loan, then you will also need to have your home valued.

To arrange a Help to Buy valuation contact Christopher Chambers on 01206 563 222 or complete the contact form below.
