We would like to thank Nicholas Percival and particularly Sara and for the great service and updates received when buying our new home through them. It was a stressful process and Sara’s kind words and reassurance were very welcome. A great estate agent to deal with.

We were very impressed with the service we received from Dan Fuller throughout the whole process. He was a calm, reassuring voice in what we found to be a very

stressful experience.  Dan was so incredibly efficient and friendly and we wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Nicholas Percival to anyone planning on selling their home.

Dan, I cannot praise you and your team enough with the support you gave dealing with the sale of my elderly mother’s home.
All viewings were accompanied by one of your team with excellent feedback.
Also, your local market knowledge resulted in a realist asking price leading to a successful sale.

Finally, a very sensible charge

Could not fault it. Great location and friendly staff.

Managed the sale of our property and achieved asking price within a week. Very professional. Great advice and virtual viewing technology. Were very good at liaising with slow solicitors. I’d definitely recommend.

I could not be happier with the service I have received. From the initial ansaphone message I left, NP has been attentive andsupportive. Queries are dealt with immeidately and solutions actioned swiftly.

My brother and I instructed Nicholas Percival to sell our late Father’s house last year.  The sale was beset by interminable delays but after 6 months contracts were finally exchanged.  The whole team were absolutely brilliant, always good humoured,  courteous and highly professional.  In this era of emails it was reassuring to have someone to actually speak to, if ever there was a perfect example of proper old fashioned agency this was it.  I would particularly like to mention Dan and Sara who have the patience of Saints and are exceptional at their jobs.  I couldn’t recommend Nicholas Percival highly enough.
